Short for Quintessence is a Singer Writer Poet Dancer an all around a Natural Roots woman. A passionate woman of Spirit and culture. She has regularly performed in St. Louis, Chicago, and Jamaica. She is now in Atlanta working on original writings, songs and music.
She has always had an infinity with nature and herbs. Due to the worldwide pandemic she decided to make a transformation that has inspired her to transition more into the healing arts. She is a raw alkaline foodist who teaches yoga, meditation and speaks on the science and benefits of living a plant based lifestyle.
